: (1) The management committee may recommend to the relevant agency to take departmental action or other necessary action against the officer or employee of any agency who does not assist in the management of assets or payment of liabilities of a troubled organization or association or who creates obstacles in such work.
(2) If a recommendation is received according to sub-section (1), the authority shall take departmental or other necessary action against such official or employee after completing the procedure according to the prevailing law.
(3) If the management committee finds reasonable grounds to believe that there has been an offense under section 122 while taking action related to the asset management or payment of liabilities of the troubled organization or association, it will conduct an investigation in accordance with this Act and send it in writing to the authorized body to file a case.
